According to Football Insider, the Merseyside club is expecting a substantial offer for Alisson from Saudi Arabia. Liverpool is worried that the 31-year-old might leave, but they are reluctant to let him go.
Alisson joined Liverpool from Roma in July 2018 and has since established himself as one of the world’s top goalkeepers. His outstanding performances have justified his high price tag, which made him the most expensive goalkeeper at the time of his transfer.
During his time at Liverpool, the Brazil international has won several major titles, including the FA Cup, Club World Cup, Premier League, and Champions League. Losing Alisson this summer would be a significant setback for Slot, especially in his first transfer window as manager.
